“I can’t speak highly enough of Danica and her knowledge about having a healthy pregnancy and birth. I was on the fence about hiring a doula but I decided to because of not having family in the area, and it being my first birth. I worked with her with the goal of having a drug free childbirth in a hospital setting. Despite meeting only about six weeks before the birth, I felt like I had known her for years. She helped ease my anxiety about the unknowns and made me feel confident that I had an advocate in the delivery room. When I went into labor a month early, Danica was there and reassured me every step of the way, even capturing a few cell phone shots of my babies first minutes after birth. I’ll treasure those forever. I don’t believe I would have had such a positive birth experience without her. If you’re thinking about hiring Danica, do it. You won’t be disappointed.
